The password is the exact email address you used at checkout, and it is case sensitive. If your email was entered with a capital first letter, the password needs that capital letter too, all lower case will not work. It is also worth checking that no extra space has been added before or after the address, which can happen if it was autofilled by your browser or copied from somewhere else. If you are still stuck after trying this, contact us with your order number and we will sort it out.

All your digital purchases are kept in your downloads area, where you can re-download them at any time. You will have access to the publications in your order, including any updates we make to them at no extra cost, for 2 years from the date of purchase.

Yes. Each pack is supplied as a single PDF containing the questions, and where the pack includes them, the notes and answers booklet too. Bookmarks mark each section, so you can jump straight to the part you need or print sections separately.

Most of our packs include a notes and answers booklet, so you can mark your child's work and talk through the reasoning behind each question. The product page for each item lists exactly what is included, and where answers are provided they sit within the same PDF as a separate bookmarked section you can print on its own.

Yes, any device with a PDF reader will open them, including laptops, computers, tablets and phones. Most devices come with a PDF reader built in, or a free one can be added easily. For printing, we recommend using a laptop or computer where possible, more on that below.

Print using the 'actual size' setting rather than 'fit to page', so that diagrams and answer spaces come out at the correct scale for your child to work with. If you find the edges or borders are being cut off instead, try switching to 'fit to size' and printing again. The bookmarks within each PDF let you print individual sections, such as a single paper, a multiple choice sheet or the notes and answers, rather than the whole document at once, which is handy if you only need one part on a given day.

Because our PDFs are password protected, some mobile devices and tablets struggle to open and print them properly. We recommend printing from a laptop or computer wherever you can. If a computer really is not an option for you, contact us and we will see what we can suggest.

Our standard PDFs are designed to be printed and worked on with pen and paper, rather than marked up on screen. If you would like to use them digitally, email us and we will try to help.

The digital version is a PDF you download straight away and print yourself at home, as many times as you need for your own household. The printed version is a ready-printed pack posted to you, with free UK delivery. The content is identical, so it comes down to whether you would rather print at home or receive a finished copy in the post.

We offer free UK delivery on all orders, and printed packs typically arrive within 3 to 5 working days of purchase. You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Yes, the tracking link is included in the email we send you when your order is dispatched.

Our PDFs are available worldwide and download instantly wherever you are, so they are the best choice if you are outside the UK. Printed packs are delivered within the UK only.

If you change your mind, printed packs can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in perfect condition. Digital downloads are supplied immediately, so we are unable to refund them. If there is anything wrong with your order, please email us and we will sort it out. Full details, including how to arrange a return, are on our delivery and returns page.

Your order confirmation email acts as your receipt. If you need a formal invoice, email us and we will send one over.

An account is created for you automatically the first time you place an order, there is no separate sign up step. You will be emailed a link to set your password.

You can reset it at any time from the lost password page.

No, Examberry Papers and Examberry Mocks are separate websites with separate accounts. You do not need to set one up yourself though, an account is created for you automatically the first time you order here, and we email you a link to set your password.

We apply an automatic basket discount as your order value rises, 10% off orders over £40, 15% off orders over £80 and 20% off orders over £120, with no code needed. Joining our newsletter gets you 15% off your order. Discount codes cannot be combined with the automatic basket discount, so at checkout you will receive whichever single discount applies to your order.

Yes. You will find 'Refer a friend' in your account area, where you can share your personal referral code with friends and family.

Yes, tutors and schools using our papers with multiple students need a licence, and licensing is handled separately from the shop. See our tutors and schools licensing page for how it works.

Yes. Most product pages have a 'View sample pages' link, so you can see the layout and style of a pack before you buy. If you would like to see more of a particular title, email us and we will help where we can.

No. Within a series the papers are all pitched at a similar level, so you can use them to track your child's progress over time rather than facing a sudden jump in difficulty. The one exception is our Spelling and Vocabulary series, which builds gently in difficulty, from 1 to 6 in the Foundation series and 1 to 4 in the Advanced series.

No, we are not able to allow this, even informally between friends. Each purchase is licensed to your household only, and every PDF is personalised with the buyer's email address watermarked onto it, so it is easy for us to trace where a shared copy came from. Friends are very welcome to buy their own copies, and our basket discounts and newsletter offer help keep that affordable, particularly for anyone ordering more than one paper. Your child is welcome to use the papers with their own tutor as part of their own preparation. What is not permitted is a tutor or school using a personal purchase across multiple students, they will need their own licence for that. See our tutors and schools licensing page for details.
