FAQ & Help

If your query is not answered here, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please note that the password that you need when opening the PDF papers is simply the email address that you entered at checkout.

For example, if you used “[email protected]” when ordering the papers, simply enter “[email protected]” when the PDF asks for a password.

We would recommend printing from a laptop or computer if possible.

Printing from mobiles or tablets (Samsung in particular) can sometimes be tricky as the PDFs are password protected.

If you are only able to print from a mobile or tablet, please do contact us.

Most printers will print out the papers well when using ‘actual size’ printing settings.

If you find that your printer is cutting off the borders of the papers, try the ‘fit to size’ printing setting.

All the PDF papers have been bookmarked at the start of each paper, the multiple choice sheets (if included) and the Notes & Answers booklet. This allows you to print sections out individually.

When completing your first order, you will be emailed an automatically generated password for your Examberry Papers account.

You can change this password once you have logged into your account.

If you forget your password, don’t worry – simply go to the Lost Password page and enter your email address.
