Delivery
Printed packs
We offer free UK delivery on all orders, there is no minimum spend. Printed packs typically arrive within 3 to 5 working days of purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its progress, our couriers include Evri and UPS.
Digital downloads
Digital downloads are available instantly. You will find a download link on the confirmation page as soon as you complete your order, and again in your confirmation email. You can also re-download your files at any time from your downloads area, with access to the publications in your order, including any updates we make to them at no extra cost, for 2 years from the date of purchase.
Each PDF is password protected, and the password is the exact email address you used at checkout. If you need help opening or printing your files, our FAQ and help page covers the common issues.
Returns and refunds
Printed packs
If you change your mind, you can return a printed pack within 30 days of purchase for a refund, provided it is unused and in perfect condition. Please contact us first, at [email protected], so we can arrange the return with you. Return postage is at your own cost. Once your return arrives with us, we will refund you in full to your original payment method, card refunds typically take 5 to 10 working days to appear, depending on your bank. This 30 day policy is in addition to, and more generous than, your statutory 14 day right to cancel a distance purchase.
If something is not right
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you have received the wrong item, or you are unhappy with it in any way, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, and a photo where it helps, and we will put it right.
Digital downloads
Because digital downloads are supplied to you immediately, we are unable to offer refunds on digital downloads. By placing your order you agree to the files being supplied straight away, and under consumer law this means the usual 14 day right to cancel does not apply to them. If there is a problem with a file you have bought, for example a page that will not open or print correctly, please contact us and we will put it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different paper, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.
