Printed packs usually arrive within 3 to 5 working days, with free UK delivery. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. See Delivery and Returns.

Yes. Discounts apply automatically at checkout: 10% off orders over £40, 15% off over £80 and 20% off over £120. Newsletter subscribers also get 15% off their first or next order. Offers can't be combined.

If you change your mind, printed packs can be returned within 30 days, provided they are unused and in perfect condition. Email us first and we'll talk you through it. PDF downloads are supplied immediately, so we're unable to refund them. If there's anything wrong with your order, just let us know and we'll sort it out.
