FAQs
What is the difference between Download and Physical?
Download is a PDF available straight after checkout, password protected with your email address; Physical is a printed copy posted to you. Both contain exactly the same questions, answers and explanations. Choose one format before adding to your basket, as buying both means paying twice for the same content.
What is the password for my PDF?
It is the email address you used at checkout, exactly as you typed it (case sensitive).
Can I print it more than once?
Yes, as many times as you like. Print a fresh copy whenever your child wants another go or needs a clean copy after marking.
How long can I access my downloads?
Any files you have downloaded or printed are yours to keep. Your downloads area gives you re-downloads, including any free updates we make, for 2 years from the date of purchase.
Do I need an account?
One is created for you automatically with your first order. Your downloads live in My Account, under Downloads.
Is there a discount for buying more?
Yes. Baskets over £40 get 10% off, over £80 get 15% off, and over £120 get 20% off, applied automatically.
